Fountain pens are designed to be smooth, but even good brands can occasionally have a misaligned nib, turning a new purchase into something that's hard to love. That's why we offer free nib tuning for all fountain pens over $59, where we check the tine alignment under magnification and optimise it for your handedness. 

Nib Check guarantee: For gold nib pens, select the Nib Check option and if your new pen doesn't write as it should, you can return it for free re-tuning and receive a $10 store credit towards your postage. The postage offset is valid for Australian orders only, for 41 days from purchase date and excludes user errors/damage. There is no expiry for the free re-tuning offer. Please contact our team prior to sending in your pen.
