Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Undelivered:

For orders sent Express or Courier, that haven’t turned up, we will make enquiries to ensure the delivery is made as soon as possible. For undelivered Regular Post items, please check the tracking information on your Shipping Confirmation and check if your local post office is holding the parcel. We can open an investigation with Australia Post if a delivery is delayed 1 day (for Express) or 3 working days (for Regular) after the estimated delivery time. Please make all claims within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation email and prior to making any claims with Paypal or your bank. We take responsibility for parcels during transit, but you are responsible once the parcel is marked as 'delivered' on the Aust Post tracking.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied:

If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please do not use the item and let us know promptly so that we can replace the goods. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Change of mind:

We can refund the price of goods returned within 41 days of purchase if the item is unopened and in original packaging. Refunds for items we have sent with free postage will be less the postage we incurred. Returns are processed next business day. Openned items, used items, customised items, clearance lines, special orders or bulk orders can not be returned for change of mind. Send your return to:
