Warranty
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
(A major failure with goods is when the goods are unsafe, very different from description, have a serious or several smaller problems, can't be used for normal purpose or can't be easily fixed within a reasonable timeframe). Please contact us if you receive goods from us that require assessment under this ACCC law.
Pen manufacturers may also offer an extended warranty against mechanical failure (lifetime warranty for CROSS, 3 years for PELIKAN and 2 years for GRAF VON FABER-CASTELL). Please send your pen and proof of purchase to either LarryPOST or the repair centre.
Guarantees and warranties do not cover natural wear, improper use, excessive use or use with unsuitable accessories.
