Family business, manufacturing in Jersey City, NJ, since 1889. Choose a soft synthetic vinyl eraser for removing graphite, a synthetic gum rubber for gently erasing charcoal and pastel or a kneadable eraser for lifting highlights out of grpahite or watercolour. A black eraser does not show dirt and may also help lift lightly applied coloured pencil.
