How do I get free postage?
Australian orders >AU$99 excluding postage ship free.
New Zealand >AU$199 ex postage and GST ship free.
How quickly can you send my order?
Express Post stock orders placed before 2pm EST ship same business day from Sydney. For custom and premium fountain pen orders, please call if you need something urgent and we will see what magic we can weave.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have 41 days from date of purchase to return ‘new’ items (excludes custom, special and corporate bulk orders).
