Sailor cartridges fit, but only the Sailor Mini Converter fits (not the Sailor standard converter). Only these cartridges have pigment and will be water-resistant (rate than as waterproof as De Atramentis Document ink). https://www.larrypost.com.au/brands/sailor-pens/pigmented.html?cat=1033
