PELIKAN Souveran is the classic fountain pen and the M1000 is the biggest in the range.
Originally available only in the signature green striped finish, this is the black finish.
Made from celluoid acetate and seamlessly joined to the ends of the barrel, then polished to a high sheen. An ink window shows remaining ink.
Hand-finished 18ct gold nib with rhodium trim - available in EF, F, M or B - has more flex than nibs on the shorter body lengths. In keeping with the luxurious feel of this brand, the nibs write wider than other brands.
Differentiated piston mechanism with large capacity.
24ct gold plated clip.
Air-tight fit of cap to prevent ink drying out.
