Empty watercolour full pan to hold watercolour paint.

Approximate dimensions are 18 x 29mm (base), 19 x 30mm (lip) and 9mm depth which is equivalent to approxiamtely 2mL.

Full pans are a good choice if you use a larger brush such as a Size 10 or bigger, or if you like the use the colour for larger washes.

Label each pan before filling so you do not loose track of what you have. For neater pans, fill pan half way and allow to dry and shrink before filling remainder. You can use a toothpick to move any paint that is misbehaving into the corners or to remix if the gum arabic has separated in the tube. Leave lid partially open for drying (2-5 days depending on pimgnet). Ensure pans have dried before transporting (or they will run into other pans and require a clean up with a knife). Pans can be rewet with a water spray bottle.

For long term storage of tubes or pans, avoid heat.
