An additive for colours for fabric painting. Can also be used with DERWENT INKTENSE pencils to help the colour take to the fabric:

• Pre-wash fabric to remove sizing
• Paint the textle medium to the area you are working on
• Use the INKTENSE Pencils directly on the wet area, use side of pencil to help ink flow
• Allow the work to dry for 24 hours
• Set the colour with an iron for 2 minutes

Use on natural, non-synthetic fibres. The textile medium may stiffen the painted area, but this will soften with washing. Always do a test strip before you start your project so you can identify the iron temperature needed to avoid a colour change.
