A permanent, black ink for sketching with fountain pens.

This pigmented ink has excellent flow in fountain pens and is ideal for sketching prior to using watercolour.

Very similar to DE ATRAMENTIS Document Black which is ISO certified as a document ink for the legal profession.

We have used in many brands of fountain pens and find the flow is excellent as long as you keep the pen in rotation. If you need to put the pen away, wash out any residual ink with tap water.

Waterproof and archival.

It is hand made in Germany and meets the requirements of EN71-3.
