HERBIN

HERBIN

The oldest name in ink

Jacques Herbin (J Herbin), established in 1670 in Paris, is renowned for its premium fountain pen inks and history in sealing waxes. Notable is their "1670" collection, featuring inks with shimmer particles, in luxurious square bottles, sealed with a lid made of wax. The everyday range, "Jewel of Inks", also show good saturation, flow well and will shade when used with broader nibs. Pearle Noire is a rich, deep black with particularly good flow and can often solve a problem with a dry writing fountain pen. A blotter can be used to absorb any excess ink.
