This is a pack of 2 x Type B (round) 3mm nibs only. The nib holder is available separately.

TACHIKAWA type B nibs are available from 1-6mm and have a round profile, popular with comic artists. Round surface produces the same line width in all directions, but with a softer edge compared to Type A flat nibs which are crisper.
