Arto, by Malaysian paper consolidator Campap, is an affordable art paper range, with surprisingly good performance. Many of the paper stocks are sourced from mills in the Netherlands, including an 100% cotton watercolour paper. Compared to cellulose based papers, cotton takes longer to dry, giving you more time to adjust your painting. A recommended paper range for watercolour beginners and artists requiring a lower cost alternative to the European brands.
