This is a disposable double ended felt tip brush pen made by SAILOR.
The tip is made of nylon but beautifully soft and with a precise point - medium width one end and fine on the other.
The pigment ink is very black and water-resistant (ink doesn't move when exposed to water). A great brush pen for urban sketching.
