Which pens will it fit? The #6 EF Ultra Flex nib is commonly fitted to pens using #6 sized friction fit nib units. This item, supplied as a Jowo nib unit, will screw in to OPUS 88 full size pens that take the OPUS 88 #12 nib.

How can I minimise ink railroading? Ultra flex nibs demand more ink than standard nibs. Pens with dry feeds may railroad or starve during heavy flexing. Use wet inks and a slow writing speed.

How do I fit the nib to my pen? Unscrew the original nib from your OPUS 88 fountain pen and screw the new one in, taking care to void overtightening.
