Winnie Truong is an artist based in Toronto, whose work challenges today's ideas of beauty and the grotesque. Using pencil crayons on paper, she produces larger than life portraitsthat transform hair into a narrative force. She finds great inspirationfrom the sci-fitales of John Wyndham, H.G.Wells, as well as the "monster of the week" plot-lines of the X-files. Winnies work centralises on defying and re-imagining nature and biology while blending currency from our ownfashion and culture to produce something both familiar and disconcerting.

Made of durable vinyl (double layer for extra strength). Contains 3 slots for credit cards, a bill slot, and a change purse. The wallet ships flat but once you fold it, stays folded. The wallet is 21 x 9.5 cm open, but folds perfectly to fit in your pocket (10 x 9.5 cm). All wallets are limited edition and come with a matching badge/pin and artist bio.
