SAILOR PEN

Perfect pencil-like pleasure

With a reputation built on nib quality and limited editions, Japanese made SAILOR are the fountain pens that drag you down the rabbit hole. SAILOR 1911 is a classic cigar style and Professional Gear a more modern flat top. Within each style there are three body sizes - King of Pen, Large and Standard/Slim. The Professional range also offers the purse sized PG Slim Mini. Seasonal collections include Shikiori. Standard nib widths are EF, F, MF, M, B, variable Zoom and stub like Music. Nibs provide a pleasant, firmish, graphite like feel, connecting you to your writing. Speciality Naginata nibs available in Togi, Concorde, Emperor, Cross Point and Cross Music. Apart from Realo, all pens are cartridge/converter style with the advantage of good ink flow and easy cleaning. For beginners there is the fun SAILOR Profit Jr in pastels or clear demonstrator body. For artists, try SAILOR Desk Pen for a very fine line, the SAILOR Fude 55 Degree to add character to your sketches or the 40 degree for handwriting. The Hocoro dip pen range also includes a fudge nib which can be an easy way to swatch your inks. SAILOR also make a wide range of fountain pen inks, characterised by deep colour vibrancy and good flow, including Ink Studio and Shikiori.  Pigment ink also available with better flow than most other pigmented inks brands, but also less water resistance. Loaner pens available.
