How To: Get ink out of an almost empty bottle with Twsbi Pipe

TWSBI Pipe is a stainless steel blunt needle extension that can be used to fill a TWSBI Diamond fountain pen, particularly when the ink level in your bottle is low. Also helpful if you like to keep your nib and grip in pristine condition.

Compatible with:

  • TWSBI Diamond (580, 580 AL, 580 ALR)
  • TWSBI Mini Diamond
  • TWSBI converters
  • Any universal sized converter

How to use with a TWSBI Diamond or Diamond Mini:

  1. Unscrew the front section of the fountain pen (nib and grip)
  2. Push the threaded end of the Pipe onto the pen barrel
  3. Put the blunt end of the Pipe into the ink
  4. Turn the turning knob at the end of the pen to draw up the ink
(you will be able to get an almost full pen)
  5. Remove the Pipe from the pen by pulling the Pipe straight out
  6. Screw the nib and grip section back onto the pen
  7. Rinse the Pipe out with tap water and allow to dry
