SAILOR Pen. Fine writing instruments from Hiroshima Japan.
The SAILOR Hocoro dip pen is a plastic handle dip pen with a nib that is similar to a stainless steel fountain pen nib (without the feed). This nib profile makes the nib write more like a fountain pen than a traditional brass or glass dip pen. The stainless steel material is also more resistant to rust and better for travel. Simply dip the pen into fountain pen or artist ink and start sketching or drawing. Ink colour is easily changed by washing the nib under water. Features a clever nib design that allows the nib to be turned 180 degrees and inserted back into the pen for protection. Available in a 1.0mm stub nib (good for swatching inks), a rounded fine (for writing) and a bent fude nib (for variable line). Twin packs and spare nibs also available.
Approximate length is 135mm with nib out and 119mm with nib in. Fits through the LEUCHTTURM1917 Pen Loop to give you a way to attach the pen to your sketchbook.
Weight: 6.5g (very light).
