This is the premium 2-step sharpener from KUM.

Works best with high grade pencils made from quality wood and with the core well centred.

Made from magnesium to precisely locate the cutting blade.

Blade is finely ground carbon steel. First hole removes the wood and is set at more acute angle than the Automatic Longmont Sharpener. If blue part is removed, you can take more timber off to get an even longer point.

Second hole sharpens the lead to a fine long point.
