PILOT Parallel Pen is very Larry ... well made for it's price and lots of fun to use.
Designed as a calligraphy pen, the PILOT Parallel nib is two parallel plates that provide a very crisp line. It is also a fun pen to sketch with, even if just to add lettering to a sketch.
The grip is transpaprent so if you are a beginner it helps you learn how a fountain pen works.
Available in 6 different nib sizes - 1.5, 2.4, 3.0, 3.8, 4.5 and 6.0mm - with colour-coded, screw on lids, so your ink doesn't dry out.
Each size supplied separately with 2 initial cartridges (red, black) and a plastic pipette for cleaning. Also compatible with PILOT Converter-20 (opaque pressbar type) and PILOT Converter-50 (transparent twist type).
If you have more than one pen, and filled with different coloured inks, you can touch the nibs together to create new colours and interesting drawing effects.
Ink cartridges are also available separately. The wider nib sizes use more ink than the narrower. The ink is very wet and a dream to use, but requires quality paper.
