We collect your name, address, telephone number, email, username, email, chat history and other information to provide you with a personal service. We will not sell or give any of your information away to anyone. The information is securely saved to provide you with a record of your orders and a continuity of service. Your name, address, telephone number and email are used by us and our delivery partners (Australia Post, couriers) to update you about your order and to enable your delivery.  Your email address may also be used by us or our website parters (Klayvio) to tell you about other products or services relevant to your browsing history. Your financial information is passed directly to the gateway provider you choose at checkout (AMX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay) to enable secure payment. We do not store your credit card number or other financial information.

If you register for an Account, you can view or update your contact information at My Account. If you order as a Guest, the order will not be added to your Account. If you wish to delete your Account, please contact us. 

If you register for our Newsletters, your email address will be used by us and our marketing platform provider (Mailchimp) to securely provide the service. You can unsubscribe from our newsletters at anytime using the Unsubscribe function in the newsletter footer or by unchecking the Newsletter box in your Account.

Our website also uses cookies to collect information to help us improve the LarryPOST experience. For users of our LiveChat service, your IP address, domain, browser type, operating system type and page visits may be automatically collected, so that we can optimise our service and the application for your type of device. LiveChat also includes a real-time typing view, allowing our team to see a preview of your message before you send the message.
