The fastest way to flush your fountain pen and get rid of old ink. Remove cartridge or converter from pen. Suck up water with bulb and flush pen until water runs clean. Non-sterile, not suitable for medical use.

Bulb irrigator that can be used to flush your fountain pen. Catheter end is tapered so will fit most fountain pens, but still take care as you may get some back spray of ink.
- Fill cup with water
- Draw up volume of water
- Squirt through section (where cartridge usually inserts) so that water runs out of nib
- Continue until water runs clear
This model works well with cartridge/converter pens including Sailor, Graf, Lamy. To use with Pilot, insert an old cartridge, cut off end of cartridge and flush through new opening in the cartridge.
