ROSEMARY & CO is a family run business in England that makes fantastic travel brushes and other brushes for watercolour artists.
This is a new synthetic fibre brush, developed by Rosemary and her team, to mimic the performance of natural sable. Hold their point well, carry a lot of pigment and have good snap. Work with watercolour, oil, gouache and acrylic. Mini spotters for use with miniatures and calligraphy. Work well in dry brush work, for animal further and floral details.
These mini spotters are integral to miniature painting and calligraphic art. The brushes achieve fine details in my floral illuminations and botanical work. They can withstand the dry brushing technique that I use to create animal fur. The short bristles allow you to work with precision and refined strokes at a small scale. These brushes will serve you well if you love to work with small, precise strokes and are looking for a synthetic brush to do the job.
