A follow on from the PELIKAN Art Series Glauco Cambon, this is the next release in the series, known as Rudi Rother and due to arrive in October 2025.

Inspired by Pelikan vintage advertising posters, this special edition brings to life the work of German painter, Rudi Rother. He was renowned for his decorative and graphic work in Jugendstil, Germany’s counterpart of art nouveau. His humorous pen-and-ink illustrations garnered respect particularly in the world of advertising, with his advertisements and posters having a decisive influence on commercial art. His work was characterized by flowing lines, ornamental designs, and stylized figures. 

Pelikan Art Series are made using a unique “Aurora” manufacturing technique to provide a hologram like effect. Unlike standard M600 series pens, the design uses a brass barrel that is engraved, lacquered in multiple layers and finished with a decoration in keeping with artist's original work.
