Plastic barrel in soft-grip finish with a slight tackiness to provide grip. Ergonomic hexagonal shape so it doesn't roll off desk. Press button operation.

Comes with a blue D1-refill. To replace the refill, unscrew the cone at the writing tip, remove the spring, press push button while pulling the old refill out. Insert the new refill until it stops, release push button, insert spring and screw the tip back on.
