The Series 501 is a stiff white nylon, tightly packed into the ferrule. They are 100% Synthetic and Vegan Friendly. They are used for antiquing, cleaning off overspray, crazing, stippling, dry brushing and fabric painting. The 501's make an excellent wiping out brush for watercolour. Also useful for pastels, acrylic or anywhere else you want to control the texture.
