PELIKAN Classic M200 Red Marbled (Special Edition) Fountain Pen

This is a 2025 special edition for the Pelikan Classic range. 

Classic fountain pens are the same size as the Pelikan Souveran M400, but fitted with a stainless steel, gold plated nib. Contrary to most other stainless steel nibs, the Classic nibs are bouncer than the firm gold nibs found on the Souverans. The is probably due to a thin nib profile that allows the tines to lightly flex and give subtle line variation to your writing.

As with all Classic models, this is a piston filling fountain pen and can hold up to 1.2mL of ink which is about double the capacity of a standard converter.

The special edition colour way is a new bold red scheme, incorporating dark highlights, to really set off the red. As the pen is turned in the light, colour variation is seen from dark reds through to gentle pinks with highlights.

The stainless steel nib and the decorative elements are gold-plated in 24ct.
