NEVSKAYA PALITRA, based in the cultural city of St Petersburg, Russia, manufactures a wide range of professional grade paints, including MASTER CLASS Oils, Acrylics, Gouache and Tempera, and student grade SONNET Watercolours. In additional to these excellent value paints, they also produce premium Kolinsy Sable and Squirrel watercolour brushes.
