The traditional German company, FABER-CASTELL, is one of the oldest and largest manufacturers of pens, pencils and art supplies, and a preferred brand of many of our professional artists. Polychromos is the premium coloured pencil range, Albrecht Durer for watercolour and Pitt Artist Pens for pigmented India ink, in a brush. Mixed media artists love how you can switch between the different media and know the colours will be consistent. FABER-CASTELL also make a good quality range of fountain pens, under their Design range. Ambition is a straight through body, available in seasonal colours and e-motion a short cigar shape that is reliably comfortable to hold. Hexo is a more compact fountain pen, made from anodised aluminium. Faber-Castell nibs are stainless steel and one of the smoothest of non-gold nibs. Replacement nibs are screw in and easy to install. FABER-CASTELL fountain pens take a universal converter or 38mm ink cartridges, giving you lots of options.
