Awaken your senses with wonderful granulating watercolours from DANIEL SMITH. A huge range of traditional and unique pigments, with outstanding lightfastness and permanence. The characteristic granulation of this brand, works well for urban sketching, as you try to mimic the textures found outdoors. Available in sets, individual 15mL tubes and watercolour sticks. If you are interested in testing lots of colours in the range, try the test dots which give you a generous dot of the pigment. All colours are vegan except for those using pigment PBk9 (Sepia, Ivory Black, Joseph Z’s Neutral Grey & Payne’s Grey). The newer gouache range is an opaque watercolour with vibrant colour to use either straight or as a highlight over watercolour. Watercolour ground allows you to transform almost any surface - metal, plastic, paper, glass - into a surface just like watercolour paper.
