Paper that loves watercolour & ink

Clairefontaine is a French paper manufacturer (1863), with its main Etival-Clairetontaine mill located near Strasbourg and fine arts mill in the Netherlands. Fontaine is a professional grade 300gsm watercolour paper, made from 100% cotton rag, available in pads/blocks and excellent value travel sketchbooks. Paint'On is a heavy duty 250gsm multimedia paper in a range of colours with a fine grain for both dry and wet techniques. Lighter weight smooth papers also available for calligraphy.
