Palettes & Cases
Most popular watercolour travel palettes are the metal ones like SKETCHLANDIA. This style has a movable metal rail inside to accommodate most brands of half or full size pans. Fill the pans with your paint and leave for a few days to dry before travel. Use an oil based fineliner to label each pan with the paint name. Plastic palettes are generally larger, but with paint filled directly onto the slants of the palette, may stain over time.
