How to order

  1. Choose your item(s) and upgrade options, then click 'add to cart'
  2. Checkout as a Guest, Login or Register for future convenience
  3. Choose postage option
  4. Add any gift messages
  5. Place your order and receive your confirmation email
    [When your order is ready to ship you will receive a second email] 


Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.  Postage is additional.  Your Order Confirmation email is your Tax Invoice and shows your line items including GST and your shipping ex-GST.  

Payment options

We accept credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. Your credit card details are encrypted and securely passed directly to our Australian Payment Processor, eWAY, who then transacts with your bank. We do not collect or record your credit card number. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can telephone or email your order and pay by Direct Debit. 

LayBye the Larry way ...

We encourage you to save first and then purchase. You can put money down on a Gift Certificate and ask us to put the stock aside. You then have 3 months to order the item, using the gift certificate(s) and paying any balance. If you need to cancel or return the goods, you only have to deal with us!

Anti-Fraud Safeguards

To ensure we get your order away quickly, please ensure your Billing Details and Credit Card Details are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card and credit card statement.

Free gift wrapping

When you send a gift, simple gift wrapping and a LarryPOST 'birdmark' card are included for free. Gifts are sent without the invoice or pricing. See more about our gift service here.

Pick Up In Store - Brookvale, Sydney

You can order 'Pick Up In Store' and either collect from our front counter or front step. We are open Monday to Friday 9-3pm @ Unit 6 / 51 Chard Road Brookvale NSW 2100 (near Manly).

Delivery options - shipping over Christmas/New Year is slower!

Express orders (excluding custom) placed on a business day <2pm EST are sent same day and are usually delivered next business day within the Network. My Account dashboard

Click on My Account, at the top of any page, to check the status of your order, view a snapshot of your history or update your contact details.  Your order status will show as 'Complete' when your items ship. The Australia Post or Couriersplease online tracking tool can be used to lookup the status of the delivery.

No Order Confirmation email?

Your Order Confirmation email is automatically generated when you place your order. If you did not receive the email please check your Spam filter (especially for Gmail and Hotmail). To avoid this add to your email contact list. If you are still unable to locate the email, please Contact Us and we will check your email address was correctly entered.

Can't Checkout? Try enabling cookies on your computer or give us a call on (02) 8668 4247 and we can take your order over the telephone.

Item suddenly Out of Stock? Click View Cart and you might find you have already put the item into your cart and all you need to do is Checkout.

Missing, damaged and unwanted items

Undelivered: For orders sent Express or Courier, that haven’t turned up, we will make enquiries to ensure the delivery is made as soon as possible. For undelivered Regular Post items, please check the tracking information on your Shipping Confirmation and check if your local post office is holding the parcel. We can open an investigation with Australia Post if a delivery is delayed 1 day (for Express) or 3 working days (for Regular) after the estimated delivery time. Please make all claims within 30 days of your Shipping Confirmation and prior to making any claims with Paypal or your bank.

Damaged or incorrectly supplied: If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly supplied, please let us know within 30 days from your Shipping date and we will replace the goods.

Change of mind: We can refund the price of unopened, saleable goods, returned (at your postage cost) in original packaging within 41 days of purchase. Returns are processed next business day. Customised items, clearance lines, special orders or bulk orders can not be returned for change of mind. Send your return to:

LarryPOST 1-Year Warranty

We warranty the goods we sell, as per the ACL detailed below, for 1-year from the date of purchase. Excludes consumables such as pen refills and faults caused by accident, misuse or fair wear and tear.

Pen manufacturers may also offer an extended warranty against mechanical failure (lifetime warranty for CROSS and GRAF, 3 years for PELIKAN, 2 years for FABER-CASTELL, 1 year for SAILOR). Please send your pen and proof of purchase to either LarryPOST or the repair centre (we recommend by Registered Post to prevent loss):

Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


LarryPOST collects your name address, phone number, email, and other information to provide you with a personal service. We keep your information private. We will not sell or give any of your information away to anyone. The information is saved to provide you with a record of your orders and for future orders. Your name, address and telephone number are used to address your deliveries. Your email address is used to update you about your orders and may also be used to tell you about other products or services available from LarryPOST. We do not store your credit card number. If you register for an Account, you can view or update your contact information at My Account. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at anytime.
