The refill is a universal D-series refill that is commonly found in multipens.

To replace the refill in your WORTHER Shorty Ballpoint Pen, unscrew the cone at the writing end, remove the spring, press the push button while pulling out the old refill. Insert the new refill until it stops, release the push button, insert the spring and screw the cone back into place.
