This is the same Beta paper as in the Stillman & Birn Beta hard cover sketchbooks. Stillman and Birn listened to urban sketchers and made this softcover sketchbook range in response to requests for a lighter weight book.

Contains 270gsm, medium grained, white paper and works well for artists who use a lot of water.

Soft cover sewn bindings which are flexible, rugged and upscale with rounded corners to prevent frayed edges.

Square format which makes it easy to take images for Instagram. 19 x 19cm. Lies flat once binding has been 'opened' and in the opened position provides a 19 x 38cm landscape spread.
