Powdered blender for coloured pencil from Alyona Nickelsen.

This is a dry powder that allows you to blend coloured pencil without the use of a solvent.

Works best with oil based coloured pencils like Polychromos, however can be used with wax based pencils if the surface is pre-treated beforehand.

Apply with a sponge or short bristle brush. Fix and secure the powder application.

Archival. Non toxic (avoid inhaling dust).
