How to order

  1. Choose your surprise and how to send it – to you, from you, secretly or randomly
  2. Create your message, select the send date, confirm the details are correct and 'add to cart'
  3. Checkout as a Guest, Login or Register for future convenience
  4. Choose Regular Post at $2.75 per item ($8.25 for 3+ items) or Express Post (trackable)
  5. Place your order, receive your confirmation email and see what happens next here

Prices & payment

Catalogue prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. GST is shown separately at Check Out and on your Tax Invoice. 

Regular post is additional at $2.75 per item per delivery and is capped at $8.25 for 3 or more items. Express Post (trackable) is $8.70 for 1 item, $11.70 for 2-6 items or $19.10 for 7+ items per delivery. If you choose Express Post for a Cascade, only the first delivery is sent via Express Post and all others are sent by regular post. Look here to see the Express Post network.

We accept payment by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). Your credit card details are encrypted and securely passed directly to and processed by our Australian Payment Processor, eWAY. We do not collect or record any credit card details you provide. If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can telephone or email your order and pay by Direct Debit. 

Free gift wrapping

When you choose Send it to Someone, simple gift wrapping and a card are included for free. Surprises are wrapped neatly and creatively to fit in your recipient's letter box. Gifts are sent without the invoice or pricing. See some surprises we have sent out here.

Delivered by the postman

Surprises are sent by Australia Post - and you can choose Regular Post (non-trackable) or Express Post (trackable). We do not currently send surprises internationally.  We stock everything you see here on LarryPOST and that's why if you order before 3:30pm Sydney time (Monday-Friday) it will leave us that day - for delivery timelines click here. Weekend orders leave Monday. (embossed items take a little longer).  Our delivery times are a guide only.  Australia Post claims a 98% on-time delivery for their Regular Post service based on the following guidelines:

For Express Post, Australia Post claims next business day delivery between capital cities for postcodes within the Express Post network. Only items sent Express Post are trackable.

For most deliveries, the postman will leave the surprise in the letter box. For small letter boxes, a collection card will be left for pick up at the local post office.  

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from a damaged, lost or late delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure address details provided are complete and correct.

Item suddenly out of stock? Click View Cart at the top right corner and you might find you have already put the item into your cart and all you need to do is check out.

'Do not honour' message? Check you have entered your credit card details correctly or that you have enough funds on your card.

Missing, damaged & unwanted surprises 

For surprises sent Express Post, that haven’t turned up, we will make enquiries to ensure the delivery is made as soon as possible. If a surprise arrives damaged, please let us know and ‘Return To Sender’, using the same packaging within 14 days of purchase and we will replace the goods. If you ordered incorrectly, we are happy to exchange unopened, saleable goods, returned within 14 days of purchase.  Please email us at surpriseme@larrypost.com.au so we can set up your exchange order and let you know about any price difference or postage charge for the new delivery. Embossed, engraved or printed items can not be exchanged.

LarryPOST collects your address, phone number, email, and other information to provide you with a personal service. We keep your information private. We will not sell or give any of your information away to anyone. The information is saved to provide you with a record of surprises sent and for future orders. We do not store your credit card details. If you subscribe to our mailing list we will only use your personal details for sending you this news service.
